LUBE, OIL, & FILTER CHANGE
Many quick lube shops (such as Jiffy Lube and EZ Lube) save money by using cheap, foreign, and generic oil filters. Those filters are generally made from paper or cardboard which can dislodge and clog engine oil passages, leading to major and costly repairs. We use only the best filters, made with metal end caps, cotton fibers to progressively trap smaller particles, and an anti-drainback valve to prevent dirty oil from draining back into the pan, eliminating excessive drivetrain noise on cold starts
COOLING SYSTEM SERVICE
Our cooling system service is the best you can buy. We start by draining the coolant and completely back-flushing the entire system including the heater core. We then install a detergent and cycle it through the system to remove rust deposits and scales, which can help prevent future system failures. We then install new premium coolant and at your request, will pressure test the system for any leaks.
TRANSMISSION SERVICE
Most dealerships today save time by performing a "transmission flush" which exchanges the fluid by machine, but completely ignores the internal filter. We do it the right way - dropping the pan, inspecting old fluid for any metal debris, replacing the internal filter and fluid, and resealing the pan with a new gasket. The transmission is generally the second most expensive mechanical component in a vehicle, second only to the engine. Make sure you service yours, it's much cheaper than replacing it.
AIR FILTER SERVICE
Ensure you are getting the maximum gas mileage from your vehicle by replacing your air filter and fuel filter. A plugged fuel filter can not only restrict performance, but put excess strain on the fuel pump causing premature failure. We also clean/service K&N lifetime air filters as well as install cold air intake systems.
BRAKE JOBS
Brakes are the most important safety feature on any car. You can trust us to replace pads and shoes with the highest quality parts at surprisingly low prices. We can machine or replace your rotors to prevent front-end pulsations. And we bleed brakes the correct way - at each wheel to prevent air or water from contaminating the hydraulic system which causes a less responsive, mushy brake pedal.
